Good morning,
I hope you are having an excellent start to your weekend.
Let's check in on your upcoming events, which I’ve curated for you. There are some fabulous ones ahead.
My Mental Wealth™️ Workshop - October 2nd @ 7-7.45 pm BST.
No Panic! Getting your head around anxiety.
This is a shorter version of my signature talk. In this workshop, you’ll learn a little about anxiety, what anxiety disorders are, how to navigate living with anxiety disorders (having done this for several decades now!), and self-care strategies. It will be helpful if you are living with constant or intense anxiety or you support someone in your life.
Please book here for your free space.
A replay will be available, and there will be a gift for all subscribers. Of course, there will be paid perks for my paid community 👀.
Transformational Breathwork Class X Hello Love
I am very excited about this collaboration with Hello Love. I am bringing you my first in-person Transformational Breathwork Class in London. I don’t often do in-person classes, and I love the ethos of Hello Love. If you seek deep healing in a safe space, you want to work with your breath, and perhaps there is stuff you’re carrying you want to let go of…Then 100% this is the class for you.
You can book the ticket directly with Hello Love here.
Did you know you can book me for 1:1 coaching?
I am an accredited trauma-informed coach, with extensive experience and qualifications in the mental health and post-traumatic growth space. I’ve published my academic research on coaching for the process and outcome of post-traumatic growth. I am qualified in various grief and loss training, and breathwork. I’m a trained fitness professional (since 2008), so I can bring a holistic lens to wellbeing and self-care. I also hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. I’ve coached CEO’s on navigating burnout to humanitarian aid workers in the field. I’ve run coaching programmes for women who have experienced domestic abuse and violence. Let’s say I have broad coaching experiences across the theme of post-traumatic growth.
If you are considering working with me, I have different coaching packages. I apply a person-centred lens to each session, which is usually an hour long. Depending on location, these can be remote or in-person. I am always open to how clients want to work and what will fit best.
Drop me a message if you’re ready to thrive as we head into the autumn of 2024.
This week, I have something a bit different. I have created an audio recording for you. I am dabbling in the idea of a podcast, but I am not there quite yet. So, I thought I would talk to you about knowing when to push through or ease off. Sometimes, our self-care is lacking, and we don’t care for ourselves as we should. We let ourselves deplete like a battery. If you have an EV car, this article linking recharging and self-care by , I am sure will resonate with you - read it here.
I hope you have enjoyed this week’s slightly different approach to Coffee with Coops.
As we meet autumn officially on Sunday, I would love to hear about your self-care toolkit for autumn 🍂. What are you changing up, adding in or removing from the summer? Let me know in the comments below.
Until next week.
