Did you know Friday was World Sleep Day 😴? Research shows we spend up to one third of our life sleeping, it’s a basic human need. There is no badge of honour given for lack of sleep, although I remember when I worked in Investment Banking and Wealth Management in the mid 00’s, I used to brag about how I could survive on four hours sleep a night. No wonder I was always walking the path to burnout. Nowadays I need somewhere between 7-8 hours. I try to keep this consistent even on my weekends.
Did you know that breathing regularly during sleep is critical to maintaining our health and wellbeing?
Evidence shows that lack of sleep or poor quality of sleep, is known to have significant negative impact on our health in the long and short term.
Therefore restorative sleep is key 🔑.
Your sleep hygiene (your environment and behaviour - not how clean your bedsheets are, although also important) includes preparing your mind and body to sleep, which aids you to drop into rest with ease.
Therefore my gift to you with this workshop, is the opportunity to wind down for the evening. You will takeaway useful hints and tips to put your body into a rest state using your breath. The session is 45 minutes plus you can access the recording.
Paid subscribers will now receive ‘Paid Perks’ post workshop - you will receive a recorded meditation, the handout of what we have covered, and the opportunity to book a 15min 1:1 with me for a mini breathwork session.
What will we cover in our March session?
Welcome and introduction.
Understanding breathwork.
Journaling prompts.
Breathwork techniques to calm the mind, body, and soul.
Q&A.
A full body scan meditation.

There will be no pressure to speak or have your camera on - although it’s always nice for me to see you!
